Sneak preview of Leah and Casey's wedding photo's from last Saturday!

What a fun couple and bridal party Shaun and John had the privilege of photographing!

The flowers were amazing as usual. The roses were just OUTSTANDING!!!!!.

These wonderful creations came from Thee Wedding Warehouse and the Home of Endearing Floral Design How can we post images with out showing their amazing work. We are very happy and pleased every time we work with them. I even ran into Kathy for a minute and then she fluttered away like fairies do.

The wedding took place on the north west side of Phoenix at a place called Cibola Vista on Lake Pleasant road in Peoria.

A number of images from this wedding were taken with a new photography technique called High Dynamic Range. Can you tell which one's they are?

Curtis Whipple....Music DJ Extraordinaire!

I would like to introduce you too Curtis Whipple. He is beyond a doubt one of the best music DJ's and Master of ceremonies in the valley of the sun! His 31 years of experience really comes through. When you hire him you are hiring a true professional that really loves what he does.

We have worked with allot of DJs over the years and in our opinion Curtis provides the best in professional personal service for all types of functions that you would need music and master of ceremonies for. He will defiantly get your wedding crowd up off there chairs and join in on the festivities.

I recently met Curtis for lunch at one of his favorite food spots.Tia Rosa in Mesa. (Excellent) And we talked about things like the state of the wedding industry and our lives in general. He is a very fascinating fellow. Besides playing music, he loves to play the guitar, drums, keyboards, writing, mountain biking, gardening, live theater and live music.

As if running his very successful DJ business is not enough, Curtis also owns and runs The Wedding and Event Network. The network provides a meeting place for wedding and event professionals wanting to showcase there abilities.

Curtis's DJ business is based in Mesa Arizona. Thanks again for lunch my friend! -John and our family of photographers.

A couple of photographs that Jason, Shaun and John took at a wedding at the Wigwam Golf Resort in Phoenix/Goodyear, Arizona. The top image was taken with a new technique called High Dynamic Range.

This shot was take with a long exposure with off camera flash.

The three of us had allot of fun capturing many wonderful images but came home very tired. :-)

We photograph youth sports action photography all over the Phoenix Arizona valley. The images you see here are of my Grandson Justin Tarr playing Flag football. The man with the red shirt is my son Shaun Tarr, Justin's dad. Shaun is also one of our photographers but on this day he is the coach of his son's football team.

Jason and I spent the morning capturing lots of action photographs of Justin and his flag football team. We also shoot action photography of all kinds of youth action sports such as Soccer, Swimming, Baseball, Basketball, Karate, Volleyball and High School Football.

Grandma Monica Tarr Visits Grandson Ezekiel and She Can Not Keep Her Hands Off A Camera !

OK, OK, OK. So its in the Tarr family blood to photograph and document everything we come in contact with especially when it has to do with our family. (doesn't matter if it's nailed down or not!)

My dear wife Monica went to visit our son Jason and Amber and offffff course our new 3 month old Grandson Ezekiel this week and offfff course, per my instructions, (She would have done it anyway!) took lots of wonderful images of the newest addition to the Tarr clan.

These photographs have been changed into what is called Sepia. First we make the image B&W and then add a brown tinge. I love the feeling that it makes. It is something that was popular many years ago and is making a big come back. Gives it a somewhat of a older feel to it.

We hope you enjoy looking at them as much as we loved taking them.

OK. Jason did steal away the camera from his mother to get a couple of great shots. I am so glad he did!

Heather & Sean's Wedding at The Waterfront in Tempe Arizona !

Heather & Sean's wedding took place at Trinity Cathedral in Phoenix with the reception at The Waterfront in Tempe, Arizona on Saturday, May 16, 2009.

What a fun, emotional wedding it was!

The Trinity Cathedral church was also the location of Heather's Grandmother's wedding 64 years before and her mom's wedding 32 years ago. The three generation portrait (above) was taken on the stairs where portraits had been taken at previous two weddings.

What a beautiful memory to have. I can just imagine what Grandma and mom remember through the coarse of Heather's wedding.

The Tarr brothers of Jason & Shaun along with Scott Briggs were our photographers from Fresh Look Images on this very special day. It took three of us to photograph it because so much was going on we did not want to miss anything!

Heather's mom Cheryl is also a caterer but left that day's preparation and cooking to her friend Wendy at Farrelli's Cinema Supper Club & Catering.

Our three photographers said that was some of the best food they have ever had a wedding. That is saying alot because of all the weddings they photograph. Cheryl's (Heathers mom) job that day and the months before was to plan out and organize her daughters wedding. What a labor of love that was! As all of you who have ever coordinated a wedding very well know.

Great job Cheryl!!

The brides cousin, Erin was also the Hair Designer that day. What a talented family! You will be able to see all her work in the slide show link below.

The Waterfront in Tempe is one of our favorite reception site because it reminds us of being in New England on the ocean. What ambiance!
